These terms govern your use of this website, including joining our waitlist. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Separate terms will apply to the Darcy service itself when it launches. These will be made available to you before you use the service.
2. The waitlist
By submitting your email address, you may join our waitlist to receive updates about Darcy and priority access when we launch. Joining the waitlist:
- is free of charge;
- does not create any contract for the supply of services;
- does not guarantee access to the Darcy service, any particular launch date, or any particular pricing or features; and
- may be left at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or contacting us at darcy@darcyapp.com.
We may change our launch plans, timing, features, or pricing at any time without notice.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected system;
- introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material;
